Reporting Errors

If you find incorrect flight schedules, route information, airport data, airline policies, or any other factual errors on AskFares, we want to know.

Please include in your report:

  • The specific page URL where you found the error
  • What information is incorrect
  • What the correct information should be (with source if available)
  • Your contact information (optional, but helps us follow up if needed)

How Corrections Are Handled

We review all correction requests within 5 business days. If the error is verified, we update the content promptly.

For flight schedule errors, we verify against current airline operations data before making changes. For policy information, we cross-reference with official airline sources.

Significant corrections or updates to published articles are noted with revision dates. Minor typographical errors are corrected without notation.

Transparency on Updates

Flight data pages are updated automatically as new information becomes available. These updates happen regularly and do not require individual correction requests.

Blog articles show publication dates and, when applicable, last updated dates. Significant revisions are noted in the article content.

All pages include "Last updated" timestamps to indicate when data was last refreshed.
